Ozark Trail Knife Closing

breaded swordfish



It 's a bit that I do not put a good second fish .... This bread is really tasty swordfish.

SERVES 4

-4 slices of swordfish (about 100 g each) cut thin enough.
-100 grams of bread crumbs

-40 grams of pine nuts - 2 or 3 cloves of fresh garlic better
- 5 dried tomatoes (not in oil)

PROCEDURE


- Chop the bread crumbs in a food processor with pine nuts dried tomatoes and garlic.
- When the garlic, pine nuts and sundried tomatoes will be pulverized and blended perfectly with the bread crumbs, put the mixture on a plate.
- Cut the slices of swordfish into smaller pieces.
- Move the pieces of the sword
- make brown in hot olive oil (if you do not have line problems better a mix butter and olive oil) and cook about three minutes on each side until completely browned .. .
