may be just the ink released from the packaging. Or a reaction due to an "unusual" process of salting. Or, a mycobacteria called Pseudomonas. On the mozzarella that out of the box are colored blue, no detailed information has so far been provided by national health authorities.
Consumers unaware
Again alert is triggered by the press, but no detailed information is provided to consumers by national health authorities.
Tens of thousands of buffalo were withdrawn from the shelves these days, but consumers do not receive official information on either brand of mozzarella, or the nature of the problem. The Ministry is silent
