INGRDIENTS (serves 4)
300 g strawberries 200 g flour 120 g butter
2 eggs 125 g sugar lemon
half a teaspoon of baking powder
30 g of icing sugar
PREPARATION Cut the strawberries into pieces, add the lemon juice and 25 g of zucchero.Lavorare aside the remaining sugar with 100 g of butter, stir in the yolks, the flour sifted with baking powder and mix. Add to
whole strawberries with their juice and egg whites, pour the mixture into a buttered mold and bake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
