Ingredients: -500 gr
boiled potatoes and mash
-500 gr flour
zero to four tbsp oil
-salt to taste
-optional 1 egg
-1 yeast

proceedings:
-knead with warm water and spread the dough with your hands in a pan greased with oil-
let rise for a couple of hours, then serve with tomato, oregano, salt and chopped garlic
-flush with oil and bake in hot oven for about half an hour
